I'm a singer-songwriter / guitarist / composer based in Tokyo, Japan.

I've worked with major clients to underground artists in Los Angeles & Tokyo. My music has reached audiences worldwide through placements in international television shows and commercials.

Since 2016, I've performed as a solo artist, navigating both acoustic sets and dynamic live band performances.

My music spans across genres, blending elements of rock, experimental, and singer-songwriter influences.

    My official artist name from 2016 to 2023. Initially, I selected this as an alias, distinct from my real name. But I eventually grew uncomfortable with being addressed as Leonard, prompting me to make the change.

    2016年から2023年まで使用していた公式アーティスト名。当初は本名とは異なる名前を選択した。次第に『Leonard』と呼ばれることに違和感を感じ、最終的に名前を変更することにした。

    This serves as my unofficial artist name, under which audio sketches, music video tracks, and songs written for clients will be released. The name carries two concealed significances. First, it phonetically represents my name 'Leo'. Second, it pays tribute to the cities that have shaped me: Los Angeles and Tokyo.

    非公式のアーティスト名として使用されている。オーディオスケッチ、ミュージックビデオトラック、クライアント向けに書かれた曲はLAYOでリリースされている。この名には二つの意味がある。まず、本名『Leo』を英語音声的に表現している。更に、ロサンゼルスと東京への敬愛を表している。
